What makes PRCC Personalberatung unique

Managing Partners Thomas Lüdeke and Philip Müller know communication first-hand. Before founding PRCC Personalberatung in 2010, they worked as communication consultants themselves and got to know various industries and disciplines. All PRCC employees previously held positions in PR and advertising agencies, marketing and corporate communications.

Diversity, agility, digitisation… the world of marketing and communication is changing – and with it the demands on executives and experts. PRCC has access to the top candidates with the appropriate mindset and skillset – because they are our peer group, because PRCC is a strong brand among these people and because we actively cultivate our networks, for example through our “Modern Leaders” initiative.

Sometimes it is the obvious things that make the difference. For us, contemporary search consulting means: transparency instead of a black box, commitment instead of promises, modern methods instead of a worn-out address book. We are committed service providers, sparring partners and consultants. We set out to modernise search consultancy ten years ago – the positive feedback from our clients confirms time and time again that we are following the right path.

The digital transformation comes with many benefits for recruiting: we use digital networks, AI-supported matching, and a dynamic database. To ensure that we are always fully up to date on what skills candidates must have today, we rely on intensive exchange – with candidates, companies and with progressive partners, such as our sister company Deutsche Akademie für Public Relations (DAPR).

Philip Müller, Managing Partner

Philip Müller is Managing Partner of PRCC Personalberatung. He founded the company with Thomas Lüdeke in 2010. Before that, he worked as a communications consultant and in journalism for many years. Müller describes the changes in the communications industry in by-lined articles in trade media and on this website.

Thomas Lüdeke, Managing Partner

Thomas Lüdeke is very familiar with the communications industry – from his work as a communications and executive search consultant, his association activities, and his teaching assignments. Juliane Weidtmann, Senior Account

PR, marketing, consulting, editing, corporate communications – Juliane Weidtmann has experience in all of these areas from her positions at the FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management, Ogilvy Healthworld and Effecten Spiegel. She also has hobbies, first and foremost: ice hockey!

Katharina O’Sullivan, Senior Managerin Communications & Community

Katharina O’Sullivan manages PRCC’s communities and PR. She draws on many years of international experience in the communications industry. Her positions at Hill & Knowlton, Camron PR and Small Luxury Hotels of the World in London have had a lasting influence on her. In her private life, she pursues her interest in interior design.

Myrto-Christina Athanassiou, Senior Account Managerin

Myrto-Christina Athanassiou manages executive and expert search projects at PRCC, drawing on many years of experience in the communications industry. After working for several years as a project manager and senior editor in well-known change and communications agencies, she was employed, among other things, as a speechwriter in North Rhine-Westphalian state politics.

Nane Kröger, Management Assistentin

As management assistant, Nane Kröger ensures that everything runs smoothly at PRCC Personalberatung. She always has an open ear for clients, candidates, and colleagues. She also shows full commitment in her spare time – she cycles everywhere no matter what the weather is and regularly trains for the next half marathon.

Veit M. Hirche, Chairman of the Advisory Board

Veit M. Hirche is Chairman of the PRCC Advisory Board. His expertise is executive coaching and newplacement. Veit M. Hirche has over 25 years of management and leadership experience in international corporations and as managing director of his own consultancy. He holds the title of managing partner at Career Transition GmbH since 2012.

Lisa Dühring is Professor of Strategic Communication at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel. She has many years of experience accompanying the transformation of communication departments of large German corporations against the backdrop of agility, new work and cultural change.

Bernd Bönte

Bernd Bönte advises the management of PRCC Personalberatung on the topics of digitalisation, start-ups, and SMEs. His qualifications include positions at Integrata, T-Systems and IBM – as well as his current position as “Head of Digitalisation for SMEs” at Cisco Germany.
